Accounting / Finance Personnel

General Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/
  • Management/Commerce/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Computer literate

Specific Requirements:

  • Accounting Manager: With at least five years experience in accounting. Must be knowledgeable in enterprise financial system, government compliance & final reporting.
  • Accounting / Treasury Assistant: With at least two years of experience in the same capacity preferably in an FMCG industry. Preferably with specialization in general/treasury or equivalent.
  • Finance Officer: With at least five years experience in financing, preferably in the same industry. Must be knowledgeable in enterprise financial system, government compliance & final reporting.

Executive Assistant

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any business course
  • With at least four (4) years work experience as EA/Secretary to the CEO
  • Must be adept in arranging meetings, conferences, travels, and other business and administrative requirements of the office of the Chairman
  • Highly computer literate, with above par communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Keen on details, highly organized, willing to work long hours
  • Can write and speak Fookien, Mandarin, Chinese

Social Worker

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Community Development or Social Work
  • With at least two years related experience
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English and Filipino

Purchaser

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a business course, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related courses
  • With at least three years experience in purchasing fresh produce (fruits and vegetables), consumer goods, processed food, and related industrial equipment in a FMCG set-up
  • Highly skilled in negotiations, willing to work off office hours and travel to supplier locations across the country
  • Wide network of suppliers in the FMCG industry
  • Computer literate

Import Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be graduate of any 4-yr course preferably Business Administration or Customs Administrations with at least two years related experience in a manufacturing and food industry setting.
  • With experience in import process and documentation
  • Computer literate, with above par communication (oral and written)
  • Preferably License Customs Ad

Export Officer

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be graduate of any 4-yr course preferably Business Administration with at least two years experience in export sales in a manufacturing and food industry setting
  • With experience in account development and should have handled account maintenance
  • Can speak and write Chinese (Mandarin and Fookien)
  • Computer literate, with above par communication (oral and written)
